Lost Dog:

If your beloved pet has gone missing, we understand the worry and stress it can bring. Please check the official Harlow Council website for guidance on what to do next: Lost Dog Information.

Remember to act swiftly:

  1. Visit the link: Lost Dog Information
  2. Report to Harlow Council: Follow the instructions on the website to report your lost dog.
  3. Spread the word: Share a recent photo and details on your social media platforms, local groups, and with friends.
  4. Register With Harlow Lost & Found Pets: You can also register with neighbourhood Facebook Groups, such as, Harlow Lost & Found Pets.

Additionally you can:

  1. Register on: www.doglost.co.uk.

  2. Call Microchip Company: And check your details are correct and report as missing. If your dog has a foreign microchip ensure it is registered on a UK database – if not, Dog Lost UK suggest www.petdatabase.com/register.

  3. Contact: Local Vets and the Harlow Dog Warden.

Found a Dog:

If you’ve found a furry friend wandering the streets, your help is crucial in reuniting them with their family. Here’s what you can do:

  1. Check for ID: See if the dog has any tags or identification.
  2. Contact Harlow Council: Use the details on the website to report the found dog: Found Dog Information
  3. Provide Shelter: Keep the dog safe and comfortable while waiting for further instructions.
  4. Register With Harlow Lost & Found Pets: You can also register with neighbourhood Facebook Groups, such as, Harlow Lost & Found Pets.
