  • Milestone Road, CM17 9NW I Door Numbers: 39 to 64.

Please Note: The Residents’ Service Charge is used solely for areas where Newhall Projects Ltd has accepted handover from developers and passed on to SHW for management and maintenance. This ensures that estate charge funds paid by residents are not used to address issues that should be addressed and funded by the original developers.
