We’re thrilled to announce that SHW and the Majestic Landscaping Team is expanding their portfolio, taking on new roads in the Countryside Base area of Newhall! The team will now be tending to the front gardens and surroundings of:

This expansion means that residents living in the areas marked as 5, 8, 9, 11, 12, and 13 on the map below can now rely on the expertise and commitment of oSHW and Majestic Landscaping Team for their front garden needs! Please Note: The Residents’ Service Charge is used solely for areas where Newhall Projects Ltd has accepted handover from developers and passed on to SHW for management and maintenance. This ensures that estate charge funds paid by residents are not used to address issues that should be addressed and funded by the original developers.

The Communication & Community Development Coordinator is doing an excellent job getting all of the facts together and sending them to us residents. It is good to know that we will be kept up to date with what is happening on other estates. I love the messages and actual pictures that he sends to us showing different parts of Newhall.
