I live at XX High Chase, the grass was cut on Monday, however the new contractors had not taken the grass cuttings it’s left in the middle of the grass, this is now being blown everywhere and being and picked up on our feet bringing it into our home. Poor standard considering we pay for this service. The new contractors are not as good and service is poor.

I’m at number XX The Chase and have a garage that is below 10 pitchway. The road within this garage area is degrading significantly. Any time I ride my bike I am thrown around when going over the potholes and they regularly fill with water. I have photos but am unable to attach

The whole street in Roundhouse way CM17 9SF and around the estate, has water sewerage issues, consistently, with water backing up and flooding in the toilets. All residents are having issues. This is not good enough for new builds. This needs to be resolved.

I live Pearl drift square the gardens are doing such a poor job cutting the grass and leaving it on there to blow everywhere weeds are all over the place paving has weeds growing out of them when looking out of my window it looks so unprofessional the standard of work be carried out and I believe these are new contractors I would be nice if someone would come and view how untidy it looks even the front gardens do not get tended to.

In light of the many incidents car theft has nhp got any plans to help us. Your rules say we cannot change the outside of our house by installing shutters etc, but all we want to do is protect our property. The reputation of Newhall is going downhill as no one will want to move here. Not a good for any future new builds .

I am writing to complain about the excessive and unnecessary amount of work and associated noise being carried out by the landscaping contractors . Every day during the week there is the noise of mowers, hedge trimmers, leaf blowers etc around the estate. Today the contractors are trimming shrub borders yet again. They have barely grown since they were last cut! Grassed areas are being cut every week when once a fortnight would be more than sufficient. I have raised this issue before under the previous contractors but did not receive a response. Many people in newhall work from home, work shifts or are retired. This constant noise is excessive and detrimental to the quality of life on the estate.
