Resolved Estate Issues:
Fuuse EV Chargers Out of Service
Hi,
All chargers next to Bridge Street and Sparrowhawk Way are out of use.
The charger itself displayed the colour red and I checked the app and they were all out of use.
Some of them has been left abandoned dead on the wall, then people treated these as parking spots.
Trees removed from Etchels Road
Hello, last spring the trees from Etchels Road were removed as the landscape team said they were dead. When we asked Newhall said they would be replanted during autumn. Now autumn is gone. When will the trees be replaced?
Speeding in Newhall
Can something be done to control speeding around the entire development. The original Chase seems to be used as a drag race either to the roundabout or to the bridge. This stretch of road is becoming ridiculous as it is the main feed to the development over the bridge. I suggest that you actually spend some time on that stretch from 7am in the morning and 5pm weekdays and weekend morning.
I stress that is not every car, most are sensible but some seem to see it as a challenge. It will only take one person to be killed.
Thank-you, Andrew
Roof Hatch Open
Power cut Sat 5 Oct & roof hatch opened due to this. Needs closing asap or we will get flooded inside when rains
Lamp posts out of action
There is a lamp post between 6 & 8 Harrowbond Road that has not been working for most of the summer but as the days are become shorter it would be great for this to be fixed.
Loose Bricks – Old Oaks Lane
A large portion of the block paving is loose outside ** Old Oaks Lane, this is dangerous for the children who live there and walk on them everyday.
