Potholes
Hello, I just wondered when work would be starting to repair the potholes on the speed bump along The Chase. They are getting worse and with cars parked either side it’s almost impossible to avoid them. Kind regards Zoe

Absence of Grass Cutting- Goldcrest Way
I note that none of the new properties on Goldcrest Way have had their lawns cut since completion by Estates. Some of us have taken to doing this ourselves as it looks like a jungle. Why are we paying for a service that we are not receiving?

Road Repair Required in Garages
I’m at number XX The Chase and have a garage that is below 10 pitchway. The road within this garage area is degrading significantly. Any time I ride my bike I am thrown around when going over the potholes and they regularly fill with water. I have photos but am unable to attach

Water and Sewage Issues – Roundhouse Way
The whole street in Roundhouse way CM17 9SF and around the estate, has water sewerage issues, consistently, with water backing up and flooding in the toilets. All residents are having issues. This is not good enough for new builds. This needs to be resolved.
