I note that none of the new properties on Goldcrest Way have had their lawns cut since completion by Estates. Some of us have taken to doing this ourselves as it looks like a jungle. Why are we paying for a service that we are not receiving?

I’m at number XX The Chase and have a garage that is below 10 pitchway. The road within this garage area is degrading significantly. Any time I ride my bike I am thrown around when going over the potholes and they regularly fill with water. I have photos but am unable to attach

The whole street in Roundhouse way CM17 9SF and around the estate, has water sewerage issues, consistently, with water backing up and flooding in the toilets. All residents are having issues. This is not good enough for new builds. This needs to be resolved.
