Hi Frances, thank you for your message and sorry to hear that you are experiencing problems with the television system. I have spoken to the Estate Manager and they do not appear to have a record of you reporting this in. I will follow your message up with an email to you and will copy the Estate Manager, so that this issue can be followed up.
