ATTENTION 🏡 Newhall Fixed Rent Charge – We know that there’s been lots of questions relating to the legal jargon relating to the Fixed Rent Charge and Deed of Variations? Back in April, we created a blog article to answer people’s questions and demystify the process, which you can read here: https://bit.ly/NewhallFixedRentChargeInformation or if you are viewing on Instagram, please use the link in our bio!

It has recently come to our attention that the rentcharge may not be included for some residents and as such, SHW has been instructed to refund any payments already made and remove the collection of this charge from the affected residents’ accounts.

If you are a homeowner, particularly those living in Phase 1, we suggest you check your TP1 documents to verify if the annual fixed £1 rentcharge is included. If you believe you have been charged incorrectly, you can request a refund and the removal of the charge. To do this please email a copy of your home purchase deeds, including the TP1 to Laura Dinnage, Senior Property Manager at ldinnage@shw.co.uk.

Questions related to this post cannot be answered by our social media admin, so please direct queries to: Laura Dinnage, Senior Property Manager at ldinnage@shw.co.uk or Dominic Brownlee at newhallestate@shw.co.uk and they will answer or direct your enquiry.

We thank you for your cooperation.
