Countryside Properties will be carrying out surfacing works to the parking bays and parking court that front onto Milestone Road on Mon 27th & Tue 28th September.
In order to do the surfacing Countryside will require lorries containing the heated surfacing material to access Milestone Road. This is likely to cause a bit of disruption to the residents on Milestone Road whilst the lorry reverses into the parking court on Milestone Road in order that the material can be dispensed. The volume of material required to surface the car park is too large for it be taken in a smaller vehicle.
Countryside will do all they can to minimise the disruption which will be for approx. 2 days (Monday 27th and Tuesday 28th September) We have highlighted the areas being surfaced in red on the attached and where Milestone Road is in light green on the attached.
