Hutton Construction are pleased to be carrying the works to the new Newhall Community Facility in your local area, we have been appointed by the Newhall Projects Ltd to construct the new community facilities, comprising multi-use community hall formed around existing timber framed barn, new reception and wc facilities and integration of old dairy building to provide varied spaces for the community use.

This project has been registered with the Considerate Constructor’s Scheme.

The Code of Considerate Practice outlines the scheme’s expectations and describes those areas that are considered fundamental for registration with the scheme, these include:

  • Respecting the community
  • Caring for the environment
  • Valuing the workforce

This is our commitment to you, working to the highest levels of consideration with regards to the public, our workforce, and the environment.

Our site will be visited periodically by a Considerate Constructor’s Scheme Monitor who will assess our conformance with the Scheme’s Code of Considerate Practice and provides us with helpful guidance to deliver continuing improvement., and we will use this to assess and benchmark our performance and strive for development and improvement.

Our works commenced in mid-September, and we initially be working on the site clearance, groundworks, installation of underground drainage and construction of the foundations for the buildings. We expect that construction of the buildings together with the re-erection of the newly refurbished barn structure will commence in early 2025, with completion of the works scheduled for late 2025.
