I wanted to drop a message to see if someone could give our front foliage area as there seems to be more weeds than plants.
We also have issues with double glazing:broken beading is leaking though it was done again in the first few days we moved in.
Finally, the door seal has always been poor (you can see sunlight.)
I know I will have to go through the 10 yr guarantee.
