Newhall Projects Limited, the land owner of Newhall, has appointed SHW, as Managing Agent. This means they are responsible for day-to-day estate management services and collecting service charges.

SHW prides itself on active communication and good service. We aim to consistently tell you what’s going on, manage the estate efficiently and listen to residents.
